At Luxbay, we offer a 7-day return policy for customers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, and Iraq.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in original condition
• In original packaging with tags
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

Returns must be approved before sending. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Refunds
